Clinician Portal
Welcome to the Tomball Regional Medical Center Clinician Portal, the source for all electronic medical record data and other patient information needed for you to care for your patient.
Portions of the medical record (such as physician orders and progress notes) are still in paper form while the patient is in-house, but all paper documents are scanned within 24-48 hours upon discharge and available for viewing through the portal after that time.
Completion of medical records is also accomplished through the portal.
Login in to the portal at https://portal.tomballhospital.org. Please have your user ID and password available. If you cannot remember your User ID and Password, please call Information Systems at 281.401.7798 during normal business hours 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or have the House Supervisor (281.401.7500) page the on call IT person.
Returning users
You can bookmark the Clinician Portal by going to https://portal.tomballhospital.org, selecting "Favorites" in the top menu, and then selecting "Add to Favorites".
