Welcome to Tomball Regional Medical Center’s online Central Scheduling service. You can use this service to request an appointment for outpatient procedures in the following areas:

** Some general radiology procedures, such as xrays of the Chest, Abdomen, spine, skull and extremities do not need to be scheduled, and patients can have these procedures performed at the Diagnostic Building on a walk-in basis.

How to Complete an Appointment Request
To make the request process as easy and quick as possible, please be sure to have the following information available before you begin:
- Prescription (order) Form from your physician
- Insurance Card(s)
For your convenience, the simplest way to request an appointment is either online or over the phone. Once you have made your request, a scheduler will work with you to coordinate a time that best fits your schedule. At this time, the scheduler will also complete the preregistration process so that on the date of your procedure, all you have to do is verify the information provided, and sign the necessary forms.
If you choose to complete the Online Appointment Request Form, a member of our central scheduling team will call you to confirm the date and time of your appointment and complete the preregistration process. Most confirmation calls are made within one business day following an online appointment request submission.
